Clean, tidy and functional accommodation.
I didn't get the room type I had booked. Room was rather dark.

Lovely large and warm room!
Entering from North, one gets channelled into the south Entry point. From here it is difficult to identify the Reception. This area seems to be pointed at the Northern entrance. First sight from the Southern entrance is the neon sign denoting the Bar and Restaurant. No sign indicating where recepton is located. A small point, but when it's wet and nearly dark, somewhat confusing.

The slow-cooked lamb was 'melt in the mouth' and dessert was amazing. Try the restaurant for a satisfying meal.

The service was good and the food was outstanding! My room included coffee/tea makers, a sitting area, and a writing desk. The staff were genuinely helpful and very amiable and provided help. Also, location was comfortable, just a short walk away from Clay Cliff Lane.

The room was large and attractively presented with comfortable chairs and a balcony. Staff at reception very friendly and polite.
The small television was a little lost in such a large space.

Spacious room with a lovely mountain view. Wi-fi was slow. No air conditioning made it stuffy.

We liked well-appointed room with large bathroom. The location of the hotel was easy, to cafe for breakfast. Besides, it was not far from shop, coffee, restaurant, the bar/eatery, and food outlets and hot pools.

Convenient location in the such beautiful area, right by cafes/restaurants, and the supermarket, restaurants and a great tourist shop that had such a wide range of clothes, shoes and children's toys. Again, not far from Omarama Sheep Statue.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff!
The spacious room was cozy and the daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The highlight was the fantastic reception staff who guided us through laundry facilities after a long trip. For future guests, try the restaurant for dinner but manage your expectations regarding busy meal times.

Good resturant attached
Disappointed over lack of view, felt was misleading, as gave impression that from balacony would see mountains etc, fine is overlooking the carpark and looking into the very far distance is mountain views, then yes ok.

The room was very good and staff were excellent. They even suggested a better place to eat. my wife had a late check out and waas well looked after so top marks to the staff and rooms. Could not have been better. Only the dining let the hotel down. Dining and bar times were not as shown in the printed material put out by the hotel.
Meals were all Smorgasboard because of bus trips. Had to eat elsewhere for normal dining but it was ok for breakfast just expensive for a buffet breakfast. I have booked somewhere else for my next trip in two weeks.
